Wednesday, February 27. 2008Gpasman for Maemo
I've been using Gpasman to store my numerous passwords for about 5 years now, so no wonder my first thought when I bought my Nokia N800 was to port it to Maemo. And that's what I did =)
Gpasman is now available in Maemo Garage and Maemo Downloads. You can see a couple of screenshots here. If you have more than two passwords and are afraid to forget them one day - give it a try, it's really handy. I also have Gpasman RPMs for SuSE. Trackbacks

Thanks for the cool application. I simpy use vim for it %)
I have Vim, too - http://maemo.daylessday.org/repo/dists/chinook/user/binary-armel/vim-7.1.deb =)
Hi, there,
Thanks so much for this link! I use Viki, so I needed Vim 7.1. I downloaded and installed your binary, and it loads my scripts well. But there are two oddities in it on my box: one, no matter what I set (syntax=on, set term=xterm, etc), there's no syntax highlighting. Color schemes, etc. work, but not syntax highlighting. Second, LocalLeader doesn't seem to be mapped to \, and I can't figure out what it is! Do you have any advice for me? And thanks again! I really appreciate you having made this binary available. Cheers, Jon
Well, I agree this is really odd, 'cause I use syntax highlighting all the time and it works just fine on my tablet.
What did you test it on? Make sure you have proper syntax files installed (/usr/local/share/vim/vim71/syntax/.vim), I had to remove most of them to save some space.
Hi, Thanks very much, Antony! The problem was solved for me when I replaced the share/vim/vim71 directory with the one I had on my Mac (with syntax files, help etc.) -- works great now. Thanks again for having contributed Vim71! It's very helpful.
